Clio Taps Lexsoft to Push Legal AI Platform Into EMEA Law Firms

Clio has signed a distribution and integration partnership with Lexsoft Systems, giving the Canadian legal AI vendor a channel into law firms and corporate legal departments across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The agreement, announced October 19, 2026, positions Madrid- and London-based Lexsoft as a regional delivery arm for Clio Manage and Clio Work — two products that sit at the center of Clio's push to move beyond its North American stronghold.

Clio has spent the better part of a decade building market dominance in the United States and Canada, where it counts hundreds of thousands of legal professionals as users and holds bar association approvals in more than 100 jurisdictions. EMEA has remained comparatively underpenetrated, a market where incumbent practice management vendors — many of them European-born — hold deeply entrenched relationships with mid-size and large firms. Channel partnerships are a well-worn playbook for crossing that gap. By routing through Lexsoft, which already maintains IT and business process relationships with law firms and corporate legal teams across Europe and Latin America, Clio avoids the costly, time-intensive work of building local implementation capacity from scratch.
