To ensure a consistent and credible experience, we accept only vendors that meet our quality and relevance standards.
Profile types available on DreamLegal
Vendors may create one or more of the following profiles, depending on their offering:
- Company Profile – For the parent organization offering legal technology products or services
- Software Profile – For a specific legal tech software product
- Service Profile – For legal technology-enabled or professional services
Required listing information
While we respect each vendor's individuality, every listing must include the following essential details:
- Product or company name
- Logo
- Clear and factual description
- Screenshots or product visuals
- Relevant categories and use cases
Vendors are encouraged to clearly explain where their product fits within the legal technology ecosystem.
3. Criteria for Listing on DreamLegal
To maintain quality and relevance, the following criteria apply to all listings:
- The software or service must be actively offered by the vendor
- The primary use case must serve legal teams, law firms, or in-house legal functions
- The product must be a pre-built or standardized offering (custom-only or bespoke solutions are not listed)
- The product or service must be publicly available
- Resellers, consultants, or third parties may list products only with explicit authorization from the vendor
- The offering must fit at least one DreamLegal category, at our discretion
Note: DreamLegal hosts product information for discovery and evaluation. Vendors remain solely responsible for legal, regulatory, and compliance accuracy related to their product or service.
4. Product Listing Review and Removal Guidelines
DreamLegal is committed to maintaining accurate and up-to-date listings for legal teams.
Vendor-initiated updates
We generally do not remove active listings that meet category criteria. Instead, we work with vendors to update listings to reflect current product information.
Discontinued or inactive products
If a vendor or product is no longer active, DreamLegal may remove the listing or mark it as discontinued.
Non-compliance
DreamLegal reserves the right to remove or modify listings at its discretion if:
- The product does not align with any listed category
- The product is no longer actively marketed or available
- The listing fails to comply with these guidelines

- • Do not use superlatives or comparative claims (best, fastest, #1)
- • Do not include promotional CTAs in descriptions
- • Avoid offensive, misleading, or defamatory language
- • Do not use unnecessary punctuation, symbols, HTML, or special characters
- • Avoid legal entity suffixes (Inc, LLC, Pvt Ltd) in listing names
